I don’t know why but I had imagined Kate as looking more like Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman). But I love Kate Walsh, & now I think I need to go back & re-read it with her in mind! The connection to these characters felt so real & almost like you were going through it all yourself. I absolutely fell in love with both characters! Superb writing, as always. I am such a huge fan!

You know, before I see this, I always imagined Florence Pugh as Stella, and Anna Chlumsky as Kate – even though I like Kaley and even more Kate Walsh! But in my head, Kate (from the book) was younger than Kate Walsh… Anyway, nice choices!
I kind of had Kate Siegel in mind as Kate, but not anyone in particular for Stella.
